Arc, Belfast Waterfront

This ongoing cladding remediation project is located on Belfast’s historic waterfront, adjacent to the Titanic Belfast museum and the former Harland & Wolff shipyards.

OP Systems is working closely with Maurice Flynn and the project team, providing a range of engineered façade and structural solutions to support the remediation works. The project demonstrates the value of a professional and collaborative approach, with OP Systems involved across design, procurement and supply to help maintain the programme as the works progress.

Working as an integrated team has allowed the project to respond efficiently to the requirements of a complex remediation scheme, with OP Systems supplying SFS, insulation boards, fixings, cladding support systems and engineered solutions tailored to the project.

The strong working relationship between OP Systems and Maurice Flynn has been central to the successful delivery of the package, with close communication, efficient procurement and a responsive approach helping to keep the project moving.

With the works now progressing beyond the halfway stage, the project represents another significant example of OP Systems’ ability to support complex cladding remediation and refurbishment projects through coordinated design, engineering and supply.
