This is a stick-built Loadbearing steel frame 4th-floor extension. Sporting a superb hybrid Steel frame colonnade structure all cladded with a lightweight brick slip system and aluminium PPC planking system by OP Systems ltd.

All structure design & engineering for the project was undertaken by Design Engine Ltd.

All cladding designed by Dave Kirby of DDK Design and supplied by OP Systems Ltd

The project was installed in partnership by John Craig of Complete Ceilings who managed and delivered this project in record time!!

Well done on successfully completing this challenging project in less than a 4 month period from initial design discussions to the completed building delivery.
