This is one of the latest additions of student accommodation blocks built for Lincoln University. Stick built load bearing steel frame structures were used to build this latest project for LGG Projects. We partnered to provide over 4000m2 of SFS, Kroc insulation, Helping hand support system. All finished with an A2 rated pre-coat Aluminium Facade panel and brickwork.

It was delivered during the first lockdown in 2020. Working with Stem Architects, LGG Projects and Jackson & Jackson Developments to design and supply the loadbearing structural steel frame and structural steel staircases.

All engineering and design undertaken by Design Engine Ltd of Halesowen providing another fantastic structural solution to a challenging project.

Special mention goes out to Lee Harker of Keyfix Ltd who's dedicated team of installers did a fantastic job of installing and managing the steel frame and brick slip cladding on project.
